Directions
1. Charging: Fully charge the massage gun before first use using the included USB-C cable and a 5V 2A power source (adapter not included). Charging takes ≤2.5 hours. The massage gun cannot be used while charging. 2. Attaching Heads: Turn off the massage gun before changing massage heads. Insert the desired massage head into the slot and twist until securely locked. 3. Massage Gun Operation: Press & hold the Power button to turn the massage gun ON/OFF. Press to cycle through 5 speed levels (1800–3200 RPM). 4. Heating & Cooling Head: Press & hold the Heat or Cool button to turn the function ON/OFF. Press again to cycle through 4 heat levels (102°F–113°F / 39°C–45°C) or 4 cooling levels (46°F–57°F / 8°C–14°C). 5. Auto-Off & Motor Protection: Automatically shuts off after 10 minutes of continuous use. The motor temporarily stops under excessive pressure to help prevent discomfort or injury. 6. Safe Use: Start at the lowest speed before increasing intensity. Do not exceed 30 minutes of continuous use per session.
